Question: I lost my season pass. How can I get it replaced?
Adventureland is not responsible for lost or stolen season passes/season pass certificates.
If you lost your season pass identification card (your permanent photo id pass), WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU REPORT THAT THE CARD IS LOST OR STOLEN. Any season pass reported as lost or stolen to Adventureland's admissions department will immediately be cancelled for the remainder of the season. You must purchase a replacement pass for $10, even if you later find your old pass. Any season pass that is not reported as lost or stolen and is fraudently used, with or without the consent of the season pass holder, will result in the revocation of the season pass.
If you cannot find your season pass certificate and originally opted to print your season pass from a personal computer, log into your Adventureland account and reprint your certificate. In the event you are unable to find or reprint your season pass certificate, a fee of $3 per order will be charged to access and reprint a certificate.
