Question: What are the season pass holder rules and regulations?
A season pass or ticket is required for entry to Adventureland Park for anyone age four and older on the date of their visit.
Season pass holders will be provided parking free of charge when they display their season pass certificate or season pass photo ID.
You must present your season pass or season pass certificate for free entry into the parking lot. If you have yet to purchase a season pass, fail to present your season pass or do not have your season pass with you, you must pay for parking and a refund will not be issued.
Season passes are valid only for one individual and are non-transferable. A pass photo will be issued for all season pass holders. Any fraudulent use of a season pass, as defined below, with or without the consent of the passholder , will result in the revocation of the season pass.
Any fraudulent attempt to gain entry into Adventureland Park by any person using a season pass not belonging to them will result in the revocation of the season pass.
Any season pass holder found to have transferred a hand stamp to another individual will result in the revocation of the season pass.
Lost/Forgotten Season Pass Cards:
Any season pass reported as lost or stolen to Adventureland's admissions department will immediately be cancelled for the remainder of the season. You must purchase a replacement pass for $10, even if you later find your old pass. We strongly recommend you report any card that is lost or stolen to protect it against fraudulent use. Failure to report a lost or stolen season pass in a timely manner may result in the revocation of the pass due to fraudulent use.
Season pass holders are allowed a single lookup for failure to present a season pass ID. After one free lookup, season pass holders will be charged $10 for a season pass reprint, up to and including the last day of park season.
Season pass holders may only request one reprint a year. A second reprint will not be issued -- the pass holder must purchase a new pass at the posted rate.
Season Pass Reprint:
The season pass holder must be present to issue a season pass reprint. A parent or guardian may request a reprint only if the pass holder is present.
Lost/Stolen Season Pass Certificates:
Adventureland Park is not responsible for lost or stolen season pass certificates. A fee of $25 dollars may apply to access and reprint season pass certificates.
Used season pass certificates will not be refunded. A certificate is considered used, or redeemed, when the pass holder is issued their photo ID. Unused season pass certificates can be refunded through September 15th, 2014 by contacting Adventureland's Accounting Office at (515)266-2121. Restrictions may apply. In the event the park closes early due to rain, season pass holders are not entitled to compensation.
Unused Season Pass Certificates:
Unused Season Pass Certificates may only be upgraded from the prior year for $30. The price of an upgrade is subject to change without prior notification.
Season pass holders agree to comply with the Terms and Conditions of Adventure Cards.
Season pass card balances are not refundable. Adventureland Park is not responsible for lost or stolen season passes nor any card balances on the season pass. The remaining balance of a lost or stolen Season Pass card can be transferred to a replacement Season Pass upon presentation of the original activation receipt. A fee of $10 may apply for the replacement pass.
Upon request, card balances from prior seasons may be transferred to a 2014 season pass for $3 per season pass. Season Pass Adventure Cards cannot be used to purchase season passes.
Park Rules and Regulations:
Any season pass holder in violation of Adventureland Park's posted rules and regulations is subject to the revocation of their season pass.
